Lasting change doesn’t happen by forcing yourself to “be different.” It happens step by step, as you learn to regulate your emotions, calm your nervous system, and meet yourself with compassion.

In this coaching program, we follow a simple three-step process. Each step builds on the last, giving you practical tools and real experiences of calm and confidence. Over time, these steps become part of how you naturally move through life—steady, grounded, and true to yourself.

Step 1: Clearing Beliefs

Let’s be honest, the mind is tricky and deep rooted beliefs are hidden in vagueness or the unconscious. In this step Ed leads you through the maze on how to discover those seminal beliefs that dictate how you react. Once identified they are re-defined and released with the physical wounds discovered in Step 2.

Step 2: Emotional and Physical Release

What most people don’t realize is that for every mental wound that they experience there is a corresponding emotional and physical wound as well. That is why releasing the mental belief alone doesn’t work because without releasing the physical and emotional wound, it just keeps coming back. In this step Ed teaches you a profound practice, you can use on your own, that releases both the mental beliefs and the physical/emotional wounds at the same time, preparing you for Step 3.

Step 3: Clearing the Energetic Imprints

When you are wounded at an early age, there is an energetic signature that sticks within you. This is like an imprint embedded in your being which can recreate the wound even when the mind and body appears to be healed. This explains those stubborn wounds that just won’t go away. In this step Ed will lead you through and teach you a technique to dissolve those imprints.
