Compassion, connection, and stillness have guided my journey
and they can support yours too.

On my own journey, the greatest gift was having teachers who were awake, heartfelt, and truly listened. That experience shaped the way I now serve others!

My life mission is to:

Help those who feel weighed down by wounds that haven’t healed—no matter how much they’ve tried—toward a steadier, more compassionate way of living.

Sharing the insights, practices, and skills that helped me move beyond a past shaped by dysfunction and anxiety—so others can find the same freedom.

Teach from what has worked for me and my clients.

Align with the natural power of your mind and body’s ability to restore balance and heal.

To help you access the incredible energy of your heart and the power of self-compassion—opening the door to healing far beyond what the mind alone can imagine.

My Story✨

I grew up in the Bronx, New York, in a deeply dysfunctional family.

As a sensitive child, I didn’t understand what I was feeling—but I knew I didn’t feel safe. Anxiety, tension, and emotional pain were always present, and at some point, I learned to withdraw.

Like many people I work with today, I adapted the best I could… but those early experiences stayed with me. They showed up later as self-doubt, anxiety, and emotional reactions I couldn’t fully control. What I didn’t know then—but understand clearly now—is this:

Those were emotional triggers.

And they weren’t random.

They were rooted in earlier experiences, stored not just in my thoughts—but in my body.

Everything began to change in my senior year of college when I was introduced to Transcendental Meditation. For the first time, I experienced a deep, stable calm that didn’t depend on anything outside of me. It felt like I had found something real—something I could trust. That experience shaped the direction of my life.

I was personally trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and spent over 30 years teaching meditation throughout the United States and Europe, helping people access that same inner calm. But over time, I began to notice something important:

Even when people understood themselves…
Even when they had powerful tools…
Their emotional triggers kept returning.

And I saw it in myself as well.

In 1973, at the age of 26, I experienced a profound awakening beyond the mind—a direct recognition of my true nature. It brought a deep sense of peace. But it didn’t fully resolve the emotional patterns that had been conditioned over time. That realization led me deeper.

I studied with Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, and became a Nagual teacher, expanding my understanding of how beliefs are formed—and how they can be released. Still, I knew something was missing. Through years of working with clients—and continuing my own inner work—I came to understand something most approaches miss:

Emotional triggers live in both the mind and the body.

You can understand them…
You can talk about them…
You can even meditate regularly…

And still feel them take over in the moments that matter most. Because they haven’t been fully released.

Today, I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in this exact place.

People who have done the work…
Who are self-aware… But still find themselves reacting in ways they don’t want to.

My work focuses on helping you understand why your triggers keep happening—and guiding you through a process that allows them to finally release at their root.

Not by coping.
Not by managing symptoms.
But by working directly with the underlying patterns in both the mind and the body.

Because nothing is wrong with you.

Your system is simply holding onto something it learned long ago.

And once that’s released…

Everything begins to change.

I feel deeply grateful to have learned from extraordinary teachers who shaped my happiness and life’s work. I’m honored to acknowledge them here.
