What’s actually happening?
There’s a natural loop between the mind and body call the Central Nervous System.
That’s how a negative thought creates tension in the body.
That tension feeds more negative thinking and the cycle continues.
Over time, this loop becomes familiar. Automatic.
So when something even slightly resembles a past negative experience,
your system reacts - not because you chose it, but because it has learned to.
This is why trying to “think your way out of it” often doesn’t last.
The pattern isn’t just being thought.
It’s being held within your mind and body
